My friends and I really enjoy a nice brunch. We like it because of the time of day and the cuisine. We don’t have to wake up early to make brunch happen, but we also can’t stay in bed or lounge on the couch all morning. Brunch foods are amazing because anything goes at brunch. It could be eggs and pancakes. It could be a fancy sandwich. I don’t think brunch plays by any certain rules. Now, with all of that being said, we have a favorite brunch spot here in Pittsburgh and it is called Waffles Incaffeinated in South Side.
